Bellows puffer style drywasher plans | Prospecting Australia

Inspired by Goldigg's excellent build and others on the forum I have decided to build an old style bellows puffer dry washer rather than a leaf blower version as I can't stand the noise of the leaf blower versions and I want to be able to operate it by a small electric motor off my troopy's secondary battery or by hand crank if that runs down.

DIY 3 tray dry blower | Prospecting Australia

The only suggestion I can make is to have as many items as you can adjustable. Adjustable air flow, adjustable bellows speed and stroke, adjstable tray angle etc. You may have to change pulleys or sprockets but at lease make sure you have to ability to do that. Dryblowing for gold is not an exact science, there are too many variables.
